The terms that apply to the CaseVia website, beta access, and professional intake workflow tools.

Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the CaseVia website, beta program, and intake workflow tools. By using CaseVia, you agree to these terms.

If you use CaseVia on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.

Professional-use product

CaseVia is designed for immigration professionals and their invited clients. CaseVia helps collect, organize, validate, and review intake information before professional case preparation begins.

CaseVia does not provide legal advice, determine eligibility, create an attorney-client relationship, or file immigration forms with any government agency.

Beta and MVP limitations

  • Some features may use mock or local data during MVP testing.
  • Payments, billing, reports, settings, and workflow records may be informational or internal tracking only during beta.
  • Features may change, be limited, or become unavailable as the product evolves.

User responsibilities

  • Use CaseVia only for lawful, authorized, and professional purposes.
  • Review all client information, documents, issues, and generated packets before relying on them.
  • Maintain appropriate client permissions, confidentiality practices, and professional obligations.
  • Do not upload malicious files, misuse the service, or attempt to access information without authorization.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for activity under your account or workspace and for keeping access credentials secure. Notify CaseVia if you believe access has been compromised.

Intellectual property

CaseVia and its product design, software, branding, and content are owned by CaseVia or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the service except as permitted by law or written agreement.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

CaseVia is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, especially during beta. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every case workflow.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CaseVia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service as CaseVia evolves. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
